before we can hold, we must feel safe. you’ll learn grounding tools to regulate and center yourself, so that presence becomes your natural baseline — even when intensity arises.



SHADOW WORK and Releasing Shame.
meet the parts of you that hide behind masks or perfection. through guided exercises and inquiry, you’ll release old patterns and reconnect to your innocence, truth, and power.



anger & boundaries.
every emotion is sacred. you’ll practice letting anger move through you so that boundaries come from clarity, not defense.

Sharing & Integration. we’ll sit in circle — listening, reflecting, and weaving insights into lived experience.

Hi, I’M Moana

a student, lover and a teacher of the human experience and i love dissecting shame.

My work lives at the intersection of embodiment, expression, and intuition — through the art of theater, breath, movement, voice and ritual. studying theatre taught me that when we express something fully through the body, we liberate it.

EVERYTHING WE DON’T OWN — OWNS US.

That’s where my fascination with shame began — not as something to fix, but something to feel, to melt and to transform into power. I’ve been blessed enough to have been studying with renowned acting teachers, wisdom keepers and elders. where i have learned the art of THEATRE and ceremony.

now i combine all these tools that have served me to become more embodied and want to offer it to you.

on another note….I want you to know that, I wasn’t always this confident woman that knows exactly what to say and how to hold herself. i struggled for years with the deep belief that i wasn’t enough or that I was too much. i’ve walked through hell, felt the emptiness, the loneliness and i know what it means to have someone hold your hand through the dark. not to save you, but to remind you that you were always whole. and so with that said, if i can find my way to myself, i know you can too. and that’s what I am here to remind you of.

I can’t wait to witness you rise into your power and take up space with that you are.
